The soul of Paola Lenti design lies in a balance of form and function. On one hand, an eye to the future has led her to experiment with innovative technologies and unusual materials. And on the other hand, commitment to tradition has led her to rediscover ancient techniques for high quality textiles.
A passion for graphics, decoration and color means constantly seeking out contemporary style and vernacular. By working with virtuoso designers such as Marten Claesson, Eero Koivisto, Ola Rune and Patricia Urquiola, Paola Lenti only manufactures work that stands alone in its quality and emotional accessibility.
Natural and man-made materials undergo sophisticated processes to become yarns and fabrics, which are precious, durable, and heavenly to touch. The end result is that their variety, creativity and coordination give Paola Lenti spaces an unmistakable blend of the aesthetic and the functionality.
In November, Luminaire presented the lavish work of Paola Lenti. Her versatile collection of furniture, rugs and wall coverings were unveiled on the third level of the Chicago showroom, coinciding with the 2002 Chicago Design Show. Guests from all over the world experienced the delightful patterns and unmatched textures of Paola Lenti products, rediscovering how good design can change one’s life and inhabit multiple senses at once.
