On Thursday, December 3 during Art Basel in Miami Beach, Luminaire welcomed the founders of the visionary Italian company Paola Lenti to their Miami Design District showroom for the book signing of TESSERE SPAZI | WEAVING SPACES.
Renowned for the innate sensibility with the inherent quality and potential of each material, Paola Lenti uses creative approaches to sustainable materials that have made the company a leader in the outdoor furniture arena. On display were the company’s most recent indoor designs including the Move sofa, Kanji table and Elsie dining chairs that offer a balanced mix of instinct, creativity, and rationality.
Attended by over 250 design enthusiasts, guests mingled with Paola and Anna Lenti, the founders of the visionary Italian company Paola Lenti, and were enthralled by the company’s unique style and distinctive association with nature. Guests included Patrizia Moroso, Jeffrey Bernett and others. The book, TESSERE SPAZI | WEAVING SPACES, celebrates 20 years of Paola Lenti’s creations and examines through suggestions and visual associations, the key-concepts of the company’s unique approach spanning both traditional Italian processes of design and craft, while demonstrating a global engagement through work that is timeless and constantly evolving.
