Вдохновленная традиционными технологиями изготовления мраморной мебели, известная японская дизайн-студия Nendo представила приставной столик Gap в виде изящного мраморного блока. Благодаря точным и гармоничным пропорциям, форма столика напрямую отсылает к начальному этапу производства мрамора: вырезанию мраморных плит из более крупного блока. В характерной для дизайнера манере, в изделии есть тонкий изгиб, придающий ему уникальный вид. Прямолинейная форма столика дополнена выемкой, которая служит функциональным местом для книг и журналов. Это отверстие создает уникальную форму, которая добавляет приставному столику интриги. Конструкция намеренно компактна, но при этом устойчива благодаря своему внушительному весу, а узкая столешница идеально подходит для того, чтобы без труда поставить кофейную кружку или очки. Кроме того, отсутствие необработанной боковой стороны позволяет разместить столик в любом положении. Приставной столик Gap доступен в белом цвете Carrara или черном цвете Marquinia.
