The Vermelha Chair, designed by Fernando and Humberto Campana for Edra, is a wrap-around armchair that melds artistic expression with tactile comfort. Its enveloping seat is crafted by intricately looping approximately 500 meters of acrylic-cored special rope across a discreet steel frame, resulting in a form that appears both chaotic and precisely structured. Lightweight yet visually commanding, this chair brings an organic, expressive energy to contemporary interiors. It stands as an iconic fusion of craftsmanship, cultural storytelling, and functional design.
