Five pendants, one composition. The Bocci 57.5 Random brings together five hand-crafted glass spheres on a shared canopy, each one pulled and cooled independently so no two are precisely alike. The variation is the point.
Bocci, founded by Omer Arbel in Vancouver, operates at the boundary of industrial process and organic outcome. Glass is the primary medium, treated not as a vessel for light but as a material that absorbs, refracts, and transforms it. The 57 series extends this sensibility into a cluster format, where the arrangement of pendants in space becomes as considered as the objects themselves.
Each sphere ranges from 100 to 150mm, housing a 1W LED at 2700K - a warm, incandescent-adjacent colour temperature that renders the glass with depth rather than flatness. The low-voltage 12V system supports ELV dimming, allowing the atmosphere to shift without changing the fixture. Cable lengths of 1500mm, 3000mm, and 6000mm accommodate a wide range of ceiling heights and spatial conditions.
