Description

Through artful reduction, Michael Anastassiades creates refined products that express a purity of design and mastery of proportions. In his Get Set Table Lamp, the designer's sculptural approach to form is expressed through a minimal palette of materials.

The intriguing light features a mouth-blown opaline glass sphere that is precariously balanced on a smooth, polished brass or nickel-plated brass bar below. The milky glass orb glows, emitting a warm, diffused light that is reflected in the shiny metal structure below giving the sphere an ethereal sense of flotation in space.

Each component of the captivating light is fabricated in carefully sourced workshops selected for their unique manufacturing skills and tradition in the use of materials. The Get Set Table Lamp unites form, material, and craft in a harmonious composition that is the perfect accent light in the modern home.
