    Description

    With its gestural and ironic nature, Edison's Nightmare is an immersive project that evokes a sense of nostalgia for the iconic incandescent bulb. The project pays homage to the revolutionary invention of the light bulb by Thomas Edison, which transformed life as we knew it forever, blurring the boundaries between night and day.

    Despite the countless stories, prohibitions, and technical regulations that have emerged over the years, Edison's Nightmare represents the end of an era. It is a poignant reminder of how far we have come and how much we have lost with the phasing out of the incandescent bulb.

    As a work of art, the classic light bulb has been mounted and nailed to the wall, creating a strikingly beautiful and thought-provoking installation. The bulb is transformed into an object of contemplation, inviting us to reflect on its significance and role in shaping our modern world.
