Five pendants. One canopy. No two arrangements identical. Bocci's 14.5 Random is a study in controlled chance, grouping five cast-glass spheres that emerge from a process governed as much by physics as by human hands.
The series 14 glass is produced through a technique in which molten glass is poured into molds and allowed to cool slowly, trapping light within a dense, refractive body. The result reads differently at every hour, shifting from a warm amber glow under incandescent-temperature light to something colder and more crystalline in daylight. Three glass colorways are available: Clear, Grey 1, and Sepia 1, each altering the quality of transmitted light rather than simply its color.
