Behind a preserved Victorian façade, this Noe Valley residence unfolds as a study in warm minimalism, where European craft and contemporary living exist in quiet, deliberate tension. Designed by Michael Kramer with architecture by Carbonell, the home earned its place in international design publications through a layout of rare intelligence: floor-to-ceiling sliding walls that shift the residence from a series of refined, formal rooms into one generous, interconnected whole.
Every surface and fixture was chosen with the precision of a curator. DZINE's staging brought in the finest Italian living. Sofas, beds, tables, and lighting from Cassina, Ceccotti Collezioni, Walter K., Paola Lenti, Zanotta, and Flos. The bathrooms speak the same language of restraint and excellence, with Boffi vanity components, handcrafted stone tiles from Salvatori, and faucetry from the celebrated Fantini x Salvatori collaboration.

A home that doesn't announce itself, it reveals itself.
