Back in the 1950s, Pirkko Stenros of Muurame designed the modular storage system, Moduli. Hailed for its adaptability and versatility, Moduli has retained its original shape and has been a source of inspiration for many designers and manufacturers.

On her fourth visit to Luminaire, this time to a Boca Raton venue, Stenros introduced the newest Muurame collection, Kubbi. With captivating narratives, Stenros discussed the personalized solutions that are achieved in modular designs like those produced at Muurame. The high quality and sustainability of the Kubbi Collection ensures that it, too, will remain timeless, and bring joy and individuality to all who live with it.

Guests enjoyed learning that, with Kubbi, modular is not synonymous with stale conformity. By adding or taking away elements of the system, it can accommodate a variety of lifestyle changes over the years, and the options are almost limitless. Once again, Stenros entertained as she educated the South Florida public, keeping them curious about the many ways design can touch one’s life positively.
