Description
Piero Lissoni's characteristic sensitivity to proportion and attention to detail are highlighted in Magic Box, a collection of storage pieces made from glass. When closed, the containers do not hint at their true function, yet when opened, the cabinets showcase excellence in design and craftsmanship.
A challenging and precise production method is used to adhere the tempered glass - available either lacquered or satin opaque - at 45 degree angles. The interior further highlights the level of attention that goes into the piece; laminated in opaque, charcoal colored wood around the sides, the cabinets are outfitted with with mirrored bases and back giving a unique view upon opening. Available in a variety of sizes, some including base with cylindric chromed-metal legs.
