A vibrant combination of two basic elements - molded plastic and a series of soft cushions - Patricia Urquiola's Husk chair for B&B Italia exudes comfort and versatility. Urquiola's fearlessly experiments with materials and form in this project, with her signature style of reworking visual signifiers of memory to create the next wave of contemporary classics.
Patricia Urquiola's Husk series has been expanded to include a dynamic and comfortable dining chair. With its unmistakable modular shell, the chair is complimented by a fixed or swivel base in aluminum. The plush quilting of the chair's padding makes for an intriguing effect when combined with B&B Italia's extensive line of covering options.
