Oiva Toikka is one of the greatest names in Finnish design. His iconic glass birds took flight in 1972 with a new bird joining the flock every year. Inspired by nature and Toikka’s passion for blown glass art, every bird has its own personality making it a truly one of a kind art object. Handcrafted and mouthblown at the Iittala Glass Factory in Finland, the collection embodies Toikka’s endless imagination.
Iittala re-launches the original Flycatcher design from the 1970’s. The simple body and beak in elegant colored glass, reflects light beautifully. A lovely home decoration that makes a precious gift.
