Alister, Jean-Marie Massaud's newest table to Glass Italia builds upon the company's rich history in glass craftsmanship and development. Here, the designer's ability to create modern, organic forms that remain undeniably contemporary and timeless fuses with the industrial ability of Glas Italia to produce an ethereal dining table. Available with rectangular or round tops, the table's tempered and smoked glass utilizes complex manufacturing processes; grinding, chamfering and gluing of glass is used to form the base which is carefully shaped in order to overlap with the maximum amount of precision. Fixed to the top with steel plates, the base has also been designed to allow for dismantling.
